Andre Mann - Andre Mann is a multilingual entrepreneur and investor with 22 years of experience in Latin America, Middle East and Asia. He is the co-founder of Melior Capital, an impact investing firm addressing issues of labor accommodation in the Middle East. In 2011, he co-founded Sovereign’s Capital, a private equity fund that invests in Kingdom businesses in Southeast Asia and the United States. André began his career at Procter & Gamble in Puerto Rico and Mexico and then transferred to Citibank Mexico, where he was the director of core banking and consumer banking products.

Mr. Mann sits on the board of JusticeMatters, and he is the founder of the Center for Work and Mission in Raleigh, NC, and is an elder at Summit Church in Durham, NC. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for 18 years and have two boys, Gabriel and Silas.

Andrew Firman - Andrew Firman is an experienced and top-performing asset management and investment banking professional with expertise in strategy and development, as well as experience both domestically and internationally in numerous Healthcare activities and Impact Investing. Before moving to Dubai, Andrew was a Vice-President at J.P. Morgan, the largest bank in the United States.

Andrew is passionate about theology and was recently married to Anne.

Dawn Franklin - Dawn Franklin has been working in financial services for 18 years, 8 of which she practiced as a senior financial planner in Dubai. Since last year Dawn has been organizing and facilitating financial planning presentations and workshops within companies to help education expatriates on the basics of planning and protecting their financial future.

Alongside this Dawn founded and hosts her own very successful business networking event in Dubai and helps mentor people in the art of networking.
